Refund/Cancellation policy

1. Refunds are only allowed in courses where there are live classes such as GS basics, Target CSAT, etc.
2. No refunds are allowed in only mentorship courses or courses based on daily answer writing, test series or e-Notes(www.PrepUPSC.com)
3. Refunds are allowed for 75 percent of fees within the first three days of classes, 50 percent of fees within the first six days of classes, and 25 percent within the first nine classes of our live class-based courses.
4. No refund will be provided for the live class-based courses post 9 days of classes.
5. A refund will be provided in the original payment method (in case you are eligible)
6. It will take 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.

NOTE: Refund policy can be updated without prior notice. The final decision rests with the management.
